Quick help

Setting up after payment? Download both apps from your account page, install the Parent app on your phone and the Child app on your child's phone, then pair them with a code.
Something isn't syncing? Open the Child app and make sure every item on its permission checklist is enabled — including Accessibility, Notification access, All files access, Usage access, Camera, Microphone and Location, and that battery optimisation is turned off (and Autostart is on for Xiaomi/Oppo/Realme phones). A single missing permission disables that feature.
