These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Guardian Eye ("the Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.
Guardian Eye provides a parent app and a child app that let an authorised user monitor a device they control, with data delivered to the user's private account. Features may change or be improved over time.
You may cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period; your subscription then ends and is not renewed. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that monitoring will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free, as it depends on the child device, its operating system, network conditions, and device settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of the Service by you or others. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
